The piece deals with appearances and realities: apparently a game of chance some of the participants actually operate using different set of rules – bottom line calculation. The iconic images from the shares are overwhelmingly female and used to signify everything from bountiful nature (plentiful returns on investments) to continental-wide opportunities to buy a home(stead), a direct contrast to the real position of women in the world of finance and investment.
